Dear tenants, customers and business partners,

our LWB Service Kiosks are open for you:

Monday               9 am – 12 pm
Thursday              1 am – 6 pm

On other days, we are available  at the kiosk by way of individual appointment.

Monday and Thursday        8 am to 6 pm
Tuesday and Wednesday    by appointment (8 am to 6 pm)
Friday                                    8 am to 12 pm and 
                                               by appointment until 4 pm

We are also available to you by phone, email or via the LWB App. In cases of emergency or breakdown, the LWB customer service team is available 24/7 on 0341 9922-9922.
