In an emergency we are there for you
Your apartment is your little empire, your retreat. As a landlord, we are happy to help you keep it that way and make you feel safe and secure at home. For us it is a matter of principle to advise on help and, if necessary, to organise social services. In addition to our tenant advisors, the LWB Social Management team is available to help you with this.
When everyday life gets out of hand
Yesterday happy, today desperate: Sometimes living conditions change overnight. Separation from one's partner, an illness or the loss of one's job can lead to everyday life getting out of hand. Alcohol and drug addiction increase the problems and often there seems to be no way out of neglect and over-indebtedness. Do not be afraid to contact us if you are in need. This also applies if you have the impression that other residents of the house need help. Our offers of help do not cost you a cent, but are worth a lot. The social management invites you to make an appointment or arrange a house call via e-mail or telephone.
Our offers at a glance
The social management team advises you on rent debts and financial difficulties, provides information on living in old age, assists you with your relocation wishes, including those due to health restrictions, with nursing and care issues and with conflict resolution at home. In addition, we are happy to put you in contact with offices, authorities, aid organisations or, for example, specialised advice centres.
