Energetic renovation Kreuzstraßenviertel

The Kreuzstraßenviertel district near the city centre is considered a model project for energy-efficient refurbishment as well as senior-friendly and family-friendly modernisation. Between 2011 and 2016, the LWB has invested around 20 million euros in the prefabricated housing estates built in the mid-1980s with 1,058 apartments.
